The Owner, Brian, met with us promptly, was very responsive to any email or calls with questions, and talked us through the process well. The workers who installed the fence were friendly, trustworthy, polite, efficient, and hard-working.
The site was left very tidy at completion. I highly recommend Apex Fence.

Working with Brian was very easy and very comfortable. He explained what he was going to do --and when -- and he came through right on the money. And concerning money, he was very competitive, better than most. I especially liked how his crew cleaned up every day. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I got three estimates for a privacy fence for our home yard. They were all very close in price. Brian of Apex was the only one who discussed our options related to excessive brush in our backyard and was the only one who offered to remove the brush and thus put our fence on our back property line. He also squeezed our job in within the week so that we had a fenced yard for our new dog. The fence appears to be of good quality and the installation was done in a timely and sturdy manner. Brian inspected the job after its completion, this something that I have found other contractors to neglect and I appreciated Brian's personable manner and willingness to address my numerous questions about fencing. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience using this company.

We had about 400 ft of fence installed in July. We had problems with one gate post that was located in a concrete slab. Brian's crews returned to fix it after the gate wouldn't close about a month later, and then returned again several months later to replace the whole post. We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of the fence, but even more pleased with the service Brian provided several months after he had been paid in full. Thanks for making such a large expense less stressful.

Apex sent out a supervisor named Carl who was professional from the beginning to the end. The guys who did the actual installation did an excellent job. Carl designed the dramatic entrance surrounding the front gate himself and we have actually planted a vine now to add to the beauty.

Apex fenced our backyard this summer and did a wonderful job. I also appreciated that Brian, the owner, always answered his phone or called us back promptly - so we weren't left wondering what was going on.

We received quotes from 4 companies to refence our large backyard (which took almost 600' of fence) to keep our dogs from escaping (our cattle dog puppy was scaling the existing 4' fence with no problem.) We also had 2 companies who never came or called to cancel their appointment. Although not the lowest quote, Apex certainly provided the best value. Carl was more knowledgeable than several of his competitors and made sure everything was done to meet our expectations. For instance, he recommended using 4"" posts for the new oversized (16' wide) Montage iron drive gate while the lowest bidder specified 2"" posts on his proposal. Alberto and the installation crew were polite and worked quite hard to meet their schedule despite rain. Carl further demonstrated great customer service by coming out on a Sunday to personally correct a few minor installation concerns. In summation, our new 6' tall Ranch Rail fence and 5' tall Montage Iron fence look terrific and we finally have no concerns about our dogs getting out. We had Apex install a saddle cut shadowbox fence. It looks incredible. Very professional company. Highly recommended.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors through home-ownership and Apex has, BY FAR, been the best. First, they were the only company I called who answered their phone after 5pm. Second, the day my estimate was scheduled, Brian (the owner) called to confirm our appointment and let me know he may be a few minutes late because of traffic. When he did show up - not late at all - he was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a long time with me to make sure I understood everything - he took a genuine interest in wanting my business. Needless to say, I hired him on the spot - and I'm really glad I did. The other company I called was late for the estimate, could have cared less about my business, and had a higher price. My fence looks great and everything was done on time, as promised. I know if I have any problems in the future, they will take care of it. -Travis
