We had a great experience with APEX and I would highly recommend them. Bill our estimator was very knowledgeable, extremely attentive to details, and great to work with. For example, our farm gates have drop latches that make them easy to open/close so our goats don't get out. He included matching those in the new gates as well. I had a few rounds of changes and he didn't complain but followed up with the requested changes quickly (even on the weekends). Heather from the scheduling team was great and really went above and beyond to provide great service for us. And our install team was fantastic! Robert and Clint took special care to ensure we were happy with our new fence. They left our posts taller for us to staple bird netting into them for our chickens. During the course of the installation if I wanted something changed and asked, "Would it be too hard to change this?" They answered, "There's nothing hard about pleasing the customer!" And then they gladly adjusted per my request. They worked non stop the entire time they were here with very little breaks. I actually thought they should have taken more breaks as it was a very hot day for the time of year, but they didn't complain. They were also very kind to my children. We had our fence installed about 2 months ago. Brian was very helpful in helping us make our decision. When I called with a minor issue after the installation, Brian sent someone out to make sure we were happy with our fence. I always hire contractors based on reviews and have been very pleased almost every time. This was an excellent experience. My sales agent, Eric F., was knowledgeable, took his time, and was not pushy. Even after the installation of my PTP 6 foot scalloped privacy fence was complete, he was responsive to my e-mails. He gave invaluable advice about preserving the quality of the fence after installation (staining- I had not known). The installation was set for the first week in July, but the team showed up the last week of June. I was initially annoyed as I wasn't supposed to even be in Georgia at the time but I later realized they had rescheduled for the only window for weeks to come when no rain was predicted. The workers took one day, adjusted a boundary issue I noticed during plotting, and left no mess. The posts were sunk neatly in concrete, every board is even (I've been up close and personal during staining), and I've gotten at least 5 compliments on the fence's appearance from my neighbors and strangers. To cap it off, the president of our picky HOA (no signs on lawns, no cars in street, etc.) asked for the name of the company so he could refer other interested homeowners in our neighborhood. Thoroughly pleased- would hire again.

I have a handicapped son who has 2 German Shepherds that were getting out of his fence. It was very hard for my son to get them back so I called Apex Fence and talked to Brian. We were going out of town for Thanksgiving and I had to get a new fence put up before we left because a pet-sitter was taking care of the dogs. Brian was so nice and professional. He promised me the fence would be finished in my time frame and it was. It was such a blessing that I hired Apex Fence. They did a beautiful job on the fence and now my son can let his dogs out without having to worry. I would highly recommend Apex Fence for any fencing needs you may have.

I would highly recommend this company. Tom came out to give us our estimate and was knowledgeable and helpful from the start. He answered all of our questions, even ones we hadn't thought of. We had other companies out to give us quotes and they did not seem half as experienced or knowledgeable as Tom. It was an easy decision to go with Apex and we are very happy with the outcome. The guys came out to build and even cleared a lot of the brush and trees from the fence line without hesitation or extra expense. They finished the fence in 2 days and I can't say enough about how wonderful it looks, even better than imagined. It is a fence we can be proud of and I know it will last for many, many years.
