I got three estimates for a privacy fence for our home yard. They were all very close in price. Brian of Apex was the only one who discussed our options related to excessive brush in our backyard and was the only one who offered to remove the brush and thus put our fence on our back property line. He also squeezed our job in within the week so that we had a fenced yard for our new dog. The fence appears to be of good quality and the installation was done in a timely and sturdy manner. Brian inspected the job after its completion, this something that I have found other contractors to neglect and I appreciated Brian's personable manner and willingness to address my numerous questions about fencing. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience using this company.

Had fence put up two days ago. Love it! Dog ear 6ft privacy fence. The workmanship and materials are high quality and the workers were extremely nice, pleasant, accommodating and efficient. The same can be said about Carl who is the company manager who I originally met with. He even comes out later to check on the work and that you are completely satisfied before final payment is made. I felt very comfortable with the decision to use his company. I know they will stand behind their work. Plus they put the fence up within a day. My next door neighbors used them as well and their fence looks great too. Price was very reasonable. My only regret is not having done it earlier. The bonus is my Houdini escape artist dogs are now finding their hobby impossible to continue.

We needed a decorative metal fence for our new pool. We got three quotes, and Apex not only was the most competitive, but their technician was the most knowledgeable of the three. The job was done on time, finished product is great, and you aren't expected to make the final payment until you approve that the job was done correctly.

Apex sent out a supervisor named Carl who was professional from the beginning to the end. The guys who did the actual installation did an excellent job. Carl designed the dramatic entrance surrounding the front gate himself and we have actually planted a vine now to add to the beauty.

We had a great experience with APEX and I would highly recommend them. Bill our estimator was very knowledgeable, extremely attentive to details, and great to work with. For example, our farm gates have drop latches that make them easy to open/close so our goats don't get out. He included matching those in the new gates as well. I had a few rounds of changes and he didn't complain but followed up with the requested changes quickly (even on the weekends). Heather from the scheduling team was great and really went above and beyond to provide great service for us. And our install team was fantastic! Robert and Clint took special care to ensure we were happy with our new fence. They left our posts taller for us to staple bird netting into them for our chickens. During the course of the installation if I wanted something changed and asked, "Would it be too hard to change this?" They answered, "There's nothing hard about pleasing the customer!" And then they gladly adjusted per my request. They worked non stop the entire time they were here with very little breaks. I actually thought they should have taken more breaks as it was a very hot day for the time of year, but they didn't complain. They were also very kind to my children. I had a fence installed back in '09 by Carl and his crew. I am happy with the fence and it still looks great. Recently I had a hinge come loose from the gate. I called Carl and he came right out and repaired the hinge. If you are looking for a company that builds great fences and stands by their work, look no further.
