I've dealt with a lot of contractors through home-ownership and Apex has, BY FAR, been the best. First, they were the only company I called who answered their phone after 5pm. Second, the day my estimate was scheduled, Brian (the owner) called to confirm our appointment and let me know he may be a few minutes late because of traffic. When he did show up - not late at all - he was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a long time with me to make sure I understood everything - he took a genuine interest in wanting my business. Needless to say, I hired him on the spot - and I'm really glad I did. The other company I called was late for the estimate, could have cared less about my business, and had a higher price. We chose Apex due to their favorable reviews and they lived up to their good reputation. The price was competitive and we went with cedar for the 5ft split rail and it looks fantastic! The crew did a great job on the gates too. I definitely would recommend them!

After speaking with Phil, my wife and I decided to go with a 6-foot privacy fence. Phil took the time to show us different photographs of the privacy fences and help us determine where the gates would be placed. First, they showed up as scheduled to prepare an estimate, and the emailed it as promised in two days. They completed the work as scheduled, and did a great job of cleaning up. Their workmanship is first rate. We were totally satisfied.

Tom was our sales person and he did an excellent job. He responded to my calls very promptly with any questions I had. Manuel and the team that installed the fence treated my yard and landscape as if it were their own. When they finished, you could not tell that anyone had been on the property and it looked like I had landscaped around the fence ! 5 stars, would recommend them to anyone, A+ company. I was so happy with the fence and the company I was worried that their sign was not large enough so other neighbors could see it well enough.

Apex was great from start to finish. The quote was very reasonable, Eric was very professional and honest, the crew came on the day promised, and the privacy fence looks great. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with the final product. They are even working with me to replace the latch since my dog has figured out how to open the gate!
